What is Achieve?

Achieve is a one year transition program designed to help individuals with disabilities to develop and experience post-secondary success.   Achieve is a safe place where individuals with disabilities come to learn, build relationships, practice independence and develop steps to live a purposeful life with same-age peers. This unique transition program provides specific classroom instruction and experiential opportunities in life management, career exploration and self-determination. With high expectations and accountability students will independently take the necessary steps to build and achieve their dreams.
