Achieve is a one year transition program designed to help individuals with mild disabilities to develop and experience post-secondary success. Achieve is a safe place where individuals with disabilities come to learn, build relationships, practice independence and develop steps to live a purposeful life with same-age peers. This unique transition program provides specific classroom instruction and experiential opportunities in life management, career exploration and self-determination. With high expectations and accountability students will independently take the necessary steps to build and achieve their dreams.
Achieve is fueled by our vision to reduce the cycle of segregation and unemployment among individuals with disabilities through a comprehensive post-secondary transition program.
